MICHELLE J. PERKINS, ESQ, is a co-founder and the managing partner of URMe and a co-founder and the Managing Partner of the law firm of Owens & Perkins, P.C. Ms. Perkins has been in private practice since her graduation from the Arizona State University College of Law in 1994. URMe and Owens & Perkins are general practice firms providing services to individuals, families and businesses. She also serves as an Arbitrator and Judge Pro Tempore for the Superior Court and Arbitrator for the State Bar of Arizona Committee on Fee Disputes. In her litigation practice, Ms. Perkins sees first hand the negative impact litigation has on the parties.
