BLAKE E. WHITEMAN, ESQ, is a mediator for URMe and an Attorney with the Law Firm, Owens & Perkins, P.C.  As a Mediator and Arbitrator,  Mr. Whiteman has acted as a Court appointed Arbitrator in numerous civil cases.  He has further acted as Arbitrator in UM and UIM insurance disputes.

Mr. Whiteman graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Arizona State University in 1982.  Born in Omaha, Nebraska, Mr. Whiteman attended the University of Nebraska College of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1985.

Mr. Whiteman is admitted to practice in Arizona and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, as well as, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. 

He has acted as lead counsel in jury and bench trials in real estate and complex commercial matters and has handled numerous appellate Court actions.  Mr. Whiteman is a member of The American Bar Association, The Maricopa County Bar Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.  He has received an AV Peer Review Rating for Ethical Standards and Legal Ability from Martindale-Hubbell.
