URMe offers hourly mediation services and/or a customized package consisting of mediation and executive coaching tools, tailored to meet each organization’s diverse needs.

URMe hourly mediation services:

• An initial retainer includes five (5) hours of the Mediator’s time and a one time administrative fee, which must be paid prior to the commencement of any services
• If additional time is required, a supplemental five (5) hour retainer must be paid prior to scheduling further mediation sessions
• If less time is used, any remaining funds will be refunded

URMe encourages mediation participants to share costs equally; however, other arrangements can be made, as agreed by the participants. URMe requires a Fee Agreement, Confidentiality Agreement, Client Consent and Disclosure signed by all parties and payment prior to the commencement of any services.

URMe does not provide legal and/or tax advice to mediation participants. We strongly recommend that each participant consult privately with advisors of his/her choosing for independent legal and/or tax advice. Upon request, URMe can provide clients with a list of tax advisors and/or Attorneys for independent consultations.
