Divorce Mediation without Attorneys

Save time, money and stress by using mediation.

Unlimited Resolutions Mediation, Inc. works with clients to address and resolve any and all issues presented by the dissolution of their marriage.  Our mediation package, without Attorneys, includes the drafting and filing of all of the pleadings necessary to commence your case, mediation of the issues, a legally binding mediated Settlement Agreement and the drafting and filing of all of the pleadings necessary to conclude the divorce.

TIME:  It can take months or even years to get a final Court Order or Divorce Decree and some people return to Court year after year trying to change or modify their Orders.  Mediation can expedite the process and it can be scheduled when it is convenient for the clients.  If clients follow our guidelines, divorces can be complete in as little as 90 days.

MONEY:  A divorce can cost tens of thousands of dollars to litigate. Clients can find a better way to spend their money--especially if they have children.   Mediation can save each party thousands of dollars.

STRESS:  Mediation can make divorce a lot easier, by putting the decisions in the hands of those involved.  Cases are settled in hours, usually two sessions.  At URMe, our mediations are conducted in a comfortable, confidential setting rather than the intimidating environment of a Courtroom.

Mediated agreements are final, detailed and legally binding.  Everyone is more likely to accept and follow something they participated in creating.  Mediation allows individuals to move forward more quickly with a better, positive attitude.

At URMe all of your Court documents are drafted by Attorneys licensed in the State of Arizona.

URMe provides full service packages and hourly mediation services.

URMe full service packages include:

An initial 1/2 hour complimentary session to explain the mediation process.

  1. The drafting and filing of the initial Court documents to begin the case
  2. Payment of both parties’ Court filing fees ($507 total)
  3. 5 hours of Mediation time*
  4. Drafting and signing a binding Settlement Agreement
  5. Drafting and filing your final Court documents to complete the case

*In the event that your case requires additional mediation time, hourly rates will apply.

For an additional $100.00 fee, Unlimited Resolutions Mediation, Inc. will hand deliver your final Divorce Decree to the Court to expedite the completion of your case in days rather than weeks.

URMe encourages mediation participants to share the cost of mediation equally; however, other arrangements can be made, as agreed by the participants. URMe requires a Fee Agreement, Confidentiality Agreement, Client Consent and Disclosure signed by both parties and payment prior to the commencement of any services.

URMe does not provide legal and/or tax advice to mediation participants. We strongly recommend that each participant privately consult with advisors of his/her choosing for independent legal and/or tax advice. Upon request, URMe can provide clients with a list of Attorneys and/or tax advisors.
