Unlimited Resolutions Mediation, Inc’s (URMe) mission is to empower individuals and organizations in conflict to control their own destiny by resolving differences through problem solving and relationship building.

Dr. Beverly M. Owens holds a Ph.D. in Organization and Management with a concentration in Mediation. She is a co-founder of URMe and has been a Mediator in private practice for over ten years serving a nationwide clientele, including the United States Postal Service. Prior to that time she spent thirteen years in Marketing for IBM Corporation and six years as a small business owner. Her philosophy about business and personal relationships centers around productive communication, which occurs when actions mirror words. Clients view Dr. Owens as a competent, caring professional who has the ability to bring others to realize productivity and profitability are natural by-products of good human interaction and cooperative behavior. This determines whether individuals and organizations become life’s casualties or survivors. Michelle J. Perkins, Esq. is a co-founder and the managing partner of URMe and a co-founder and the managing partner of the law firm of Owens & Perkins, P.C. Ms. Perkins has been in private practice since her graduation from the Arizona State University College of Law in 1994.
