Unlimited Resolutions Mediation, Inc. was founded by Attorney Michelle J. Perkins, Managing Partner, and Dr. Beverly M. Owens to provide members of the community an opportunity to resolve their conflict without resorting to litigation. Attorney, Michelle J. Perkins is also the Managing Partner of the law firm of Owens & Perkins, P.C. and a litigator for over a decade. Realizing that overcrowded Courts and skyrocketing litigation costs are a hardship on most people and businesses, “There simply had to be a better way,” says Perkins.

Her partner, Dr. Beverly M. Owens, has been mediating for over a decade and has a nationwide clientele, including the United States Postal Service. “Mediation allows people the opportunity to have control over their own solutions. When you litigate your future is in the hands of the Court, there is a winner and a loser. Mediation provides the opportunity for a Win-Win solution.”

At Unlimited Resolutions Mediation, the entire firm is dedicated to mediation. We mediate in the areas of Family Law, Business, Employment and Construction. Our Mediators are Attorneys and/or industry specific professionals.

We provide our clients the opportunity to resolve their conflict while saving time, money and stress. Many people walk into a public Courtroom and are instantly intimidated. To the contrary, mediation is completely confidential and the environment is comfortable. Mediation has a 90% success rate and each successful mediation results in a legally binding, enforceable agreement.

Upon request, clients may be educated about our mediation process in a complimentary ½ hour consultation. During this consultation clients are specifically matched with a Mediator whose qualifications and abilities are right for their case.
